His background spans building and managing multi-entity businesses with an emphasis on operational structure, disciplined growth, and long-term scalability. At FreeLYFE Rx, Jordan focuses on platform strategy, pharmacy modernization, and developing a franchise system designed to support independent owners navigating an evolving healthcare landscape.
Ben Toews is a co-founder of FreeLYFE Rx and an entrepreneur with hands-on experience launching, growing, and exiting businesses. He started his first company in his twenties and completed a successful sale of that business in 2019. Ben brings a practical ownership perspective to the brand. His work centers on franchise development, scalable systems, and translating compounding innovation into repeatable, owner-focused business models.
Eland Siddle, Pharm.D., is Chief Pharmacy Officer at FreeLYFE Rx, bringing deep expertise in pharmacy operations, regulatory strategy, national telehealth, and personalized medicine. Before joining FreeLYFE Rx in September 2026, he spent more than six years as Head of Pharmacy at Lemonaid Health, where he built and led a 50-state pharmacy operation through the company’s acquisition by 23andMe.
Eland is also Chief Operating Officer of Foregenomics, Inc. and CEO and co-founder of Luvo Health. At FreeLYFE Rx, he oversees pharmacy operations, quality, and USP-compliant compounding as the company scales nationally. He lives in St. Louis, where he is a devoted Blues fan, and loves beach and Disney trips with his wife and two sons.
